North Station Media is a boutique digital ad agency for YouTube, Influencers and podcasts, representing some of the strongest sports voices in the country. CLNS Media is our original content arm, covering the Celtics, Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox with credentialed reporters, insider access, and a passionate Boston fanbase.
We are preparing to launch CLNS Local Sales: a Boston-focused sales division designed to connect local and regional brands with Boston sports fans through video, social, podcasts, and live events.
The Role:
We are seeking a Local Sales Account Executive to lead this launch. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a book of business in Boston for a network with strong reach, recognizable personalities, and proven national revenue growth.
Your Mission:
- Prospect and close local Boston businesses and HQ’d brands (e.g., New Balance, Eastern Bank, Hasbro, DraftKings, Ace Tickets, restaurant groups).
- Build long-term partnerships with 5–10 anchor sponsors that will define CLNS Local.
- Sell integrated campaigns: YouTube, podcasts, social media, and on-site team coverage.
- Own the local pipeline, hitting certified meeting and revenue benchmarks as part of a ramp plan.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Target Boston-area businesses across key verticals (financial, consumer products, auto, restaurants, apparel, tech).
- Certified Meetings: Book and execute decision-maker meetings.
- Sales Process: Sell tiered sponsorship menus, custom integrations, and bundled CPM packages.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain Salesforce activity, ensure all certified meetings and handoffs are documented.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr. Vice President of Sales on anchor strategy; coordinate with CLNS editorial team when sponsorships require content integration.
- Market Presence: Represent CLNS at Boston networking events, games, and industry functions.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + aggressive commission plan on all deals.
